Great Birthday

 
 
 
 
First and most important please keep in mind while looking at these pictures that they were taken at 6:45 a.m. right before I walked the door to go for a great birthday run. With that said, What a great birthday!!! Aaron had to work until 10p.m. (we are going away for the weekend tomorrow) so Ellie Tanner and I just played all day. We had so much fun!! They made me the best cards and each had a gift for me. Tanner gave me a Valentine Dog and Ellie a strawberry candle. We went shopping and to Thanksgiving point and then they helped throw a little party for me with Granny "V", Pop pop and Jessica. They set the table and put up the decorations. It was so cute!! They kept checking with me all day to make sure I was having a great day. I am so grateful for the these two little princesses' in my life!! I love them so much!! Thank you Ellie and Tanner for an wonderful birthday!!!! Thank you to all my friends and family also for all you did for me!! I love all of you!

I love Valentine's Day!!! What a wonderful time to show those you spend the most time with how much you love and appreciate them! We have had an amazing day!!! It started with the girls actually sleeping in until 7:45 a.m.!!! A very rare treat. They awoke to find that our house had been visited by the Valentine fairy!! She decorated our entire house with brightly colored hearts with a trail of hearts leading from the girls bedroom to the kitchen table. At each of our places on the table she left little heart baskets full of our favorite things! The girls were thrilled to find Zho zhu pets in their baskets. The girls ate pink waffles for breakfast. For dinner we made heart shape pizza, with heart shape bread sticks, jello pudding hearts and red koolaid. Dessert was a very special cake that Ellie and Tanner made and decorated themselves!! At dinner we went around and each person shared something they love about one another. It was so cute to hear what each of the girls had to say (most of Tanner's comments had to do with how much she loves my mom's little dog Lucy). This has been such a wonderful day!! Happy Valentine's Day everyone WE LOVE YOU!!!

Swan Lake

 

Friday night Jessica and I went to see Ballet West's "Swan Lake". It was incredible!!! We had such a fun night and loved the ballet more than anything. The dancers were incredible and we enjoyed it to the fullest!! Thank You Mom and Jessica for this wonderful early birthday present I LOVED every moment of the evening!!!!

Like most people in Eagle Mountian I have been having a major case of the winter blues. I needed a break and needed it quick. As luck would have it Aaron had Saturday as his day off last weekend and Monday as his day off this week. We jumped at a chance to take advantage of this rare three day weekend. We packed up the car and drove all the way to Provo,Utah to stay at a very fancy hotel (that's what the girls kept calling it). It was just what the doctor ordered. We had the best time!! We hit up the new Pirate's Island, The mall,Toys R Us,Brick Oven, The Planatarium, Aaron got his In and Out fix a couple times (I had subway)the girls swam and swam and swam and jumped on the hotel beds. We had so much fun relaxing and being together. The girls loved every minute of staying in the hotel!! This was the best thing our family has done in a very long time!!! Evan though we didn't go far it was so so so nice to leave Eagle Mountain for a few days!!! I can not wait to do this again!

Tanner is Three!!!! I can't believe how fast the last three years have past. Tanner is such a joy to be around and has such a love for life!! We had such a great time celebrating her today!! She loved having a birthday and was the perfect little party girl!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TANNER WE LOVE YOU!!!!!

Thanks to all of Tanner's little friends she had a great party!!! They played games, hit a pinata, opened presents and ate bunny cup cakes. Thank you ladies and Lincoln for helping Tanner have a wonderful birthday!!!
